Class ONE begins May 13th, 6pm
Choose all 3 weeks or single classes.
Each online Zoom Winesplaining class includes the TWO bottles you will taste of natural, women-made wines, and the necessary work sheets for each session. The wines will be ready for pick-up, shipping or delivery the week before the first class, and each Zoom link will be sent the day before class. If you order the whole series or multiple classes the wines will be ready all at the same time. Class are Thursday evenings from 6-7pm, and if you can’t make it we can always email you the zoom link after. You may sign-up for all three classes for $150, or pick individual classes for $60 each ($70 for week 3 which includes wine and food - vegan options available. Please request vegan in the message section!). Wines shown are for example only.
CLASS ONE: FARMING NATURALLY ($60), with Megan Bell of Margins
May 13th 6pm - Let’s drink these limited beauties from the Santa Cruz Mountains and talk about some of the challenges a boutique winemaker faces farming organically. Megan knows her stuff and is beyond passionate about what she does and we can’t wait to get to the nitty gritty of her process!
CLASS TWO: SKIN CONTACT ($60)
May 20th 6pm - No, we aren’t all going to start touching each other but pants are always optional on Zoom life! What we will most definitely be doing is tasting and talking about what exactly is a wine made with skin contact and all the different styles and applications. There might even be a special guest popping by… Pro-tip, orange wine isn’t made from oranges!
CLASS THREE: JUNK FOOD & WINE PAIRING ($70)
May 27th 6pm - Sure, Sure, wine can be real fancy and elegantly pair with the most luxurious of meals. Let’s be honest though, most of us don’t eat like that all the time but that doesn’t mean you can’t have your wine! We will dip our toe into the science of food pairing but this time with some our favorite naughty treats!
